Parking is a nightmare. One valet was extremely rude! They "lost" our reservation; it was cancelled without my knowledge. This happened to several people who had booked queen bed rooms.

Location, variety of restaurants inside the hotel with very flexible hours. Comfortable and clean room.

There are few amenities at a hotel of this size. There is no gift shop or store, very few dining options, no pool or hot tub. Very limited resources.

The hotel was close to the venue. Parking was a nightmare. Also, they locked the doors to the hallway from the convention center to the hotel prior to our event ending. We had to walk outside and around the building to get back in.

The hotel wifi is slower than using my phone as a hotspot.

We were there for the Capitol Hill Volleyball Classic so there is no better location.

Sadly the 12th floor 24 hour lounge was closed the week I was there, but I don't hold that against them at all. The only thing that was annoying was having to sign up an account with the hotel to access the Wifi. It was doubly annoying as you then needed to select options that were a little confusing as it said it cost, but was free to members. Over the last 5 years I've stayed at 25 hotels and none have required payment or accounts login for free wifi!

The Room was very clean and modern with a super comfy bed and nice bathroom. I appreciated the coffee machines and fridge, as well as the nice view from my window. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the main (big) lobby bar had great food and drinks with very friendly service! The hotel is also very well located to see sights with a subway station close by.

Room had a light not working, and a desk chair with a badly peeling armrest, that didn’t match the overall feel of the hotel.

wifi conection was horrible and I coul´t work. I went to the front desk and asked for payed wifi and they said it did not worth it because it would be the same speed.

When I arrived, I had to wipe down the toilet because there were stains on it.

My family member and I had an event to go to that lasted late into the night, it would've been helpful to see if the dining options (inside the hotel) were minimal(having light meals) instead of opting to do delivery. For the price I paid-as well as being a first time bonvoy member and first time guest-i would've liked the wifi and meal options to be a little more accommodating. It was a little disappointing to know that it was only for elite members and up.

I did appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Since this was my first time at a hotel like this, it was really appreciative to know that I can ask questions. The Cafe options were very delectable as well. As a female traveler, it was very comforting to know that even the elevators were key card accessible only.

Check in process was a hassle and the people answering the phone are extremely unhelpful/unfriendly. Parking was an extremely annoying with valet taking over 10-15 mins to get the car back even after paying $70 a night for that. On top of it, the valet parking staff (which appear understaffed for the capacity) also need to communicate better. Always a rush at the entrance and valet parking issue would be a reason I don't come back.

The location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, amenities were good. Tanya at the front desk was great!

$70 a day Valet is a little excessive, regardless of downtown location. $25 a day to spend at the hotel is unnecessary.

The double beds are a little small for two people, so be ready to cuddle close. I think the double room with double beds for 4 people is a little tight and the furniture was a little used.

It was pretty clean. Liked the bathroom and its size, the lobby is impressive, daily cleaning service was great. Also the view outside was nice and the location was very convenient.

The showers need to be updated. Signs of mold and mildew in showers. The bar was closed in the middle of the day and morning.

The windows all face the inner court - very disconcerting to have people walking by, which means the curtains needed to be closed 100% of the time.

The location is great and the amenities are very nice, great gym.

This was my second time staying in this hotel and there were problems with the A/C on both occasions. We couldn't get cool enough to sleep. I dislike the cloth headboards and wish they would replace those. I also wish they would make wi-fi free for all paying guests, not just those who book directly on their site.

I love that the property was very clean and staff members were accomodating. There's a starbucks on site and a bar with decent hours. Breakfast was great and the area is very walkabale.

I had requested a king sized bed, but when I checked in, I was informed that there were only rooms with 2 double beds available.
