The property is greatly located and is in a well maintained old building. Some details could be improved, in future updating, particularly the lily carpets that are old fashioned, though functional. Heating and water facilities in perfect conditions, which is nowadays rare.

Breakfast could (and needs to) be improved. How? Quality bread, freshly made fruit juices, ampler choice of fruit, egg options (namely eggs prepared in various ways, besides hard boiled eggs), quality Dutch cheeses, quality (not ordinary variety) of viennoiseries (croissants, etc. ), at least a freshly baked cake every day. The “salotto” breakfast area is nice, and a € 20,50/person breakfast calls for a higher quality meal.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very charming. Breakfast was a lot better than I'd expect, I'm really happy we opted in for it. And coffee was also very good :)

You climb a whole apartment, for any services you ar being charged (luggage storage (5€ per piece), towels), clean but not useful bathroom.

The breakfast was small and there was a nightclub on until 6am- get a room on the other side of the hotel!
