Noise from street, but it’s NYC so that’s pretty normal!

It was incredibly noisy at night, probably no soundprpffing or even bad construction, i could hear everything, doors, people walking/talking in rooms next door, some thumping. Heating was ok, but not 100%.

I stayed here for 1 night in february. Hotel is in a good location and the staff were great.

The hotel was modern and clearly recently renovated unlike many hotels in Manhattan. Post Covid many hotels skimp on amenities and “nickel and dime” you for every little thing. Not so here. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The window was losing the heat and every morning we woke up cold. The bathroom door did not close so we experienced lack of privacy. An opaque window between a shower cabin and a bedroom let all the light through so if one uses a shower at night, another one will be woken up by the light. Although the hotel staff said the location was safe, we did not feel it quite well going out within 5-10 min. Partner taxi service provided by the hotel was a disappointment. We should have better ordered Uber or official city taxi.

The staff at reception was always friendly and ready to help. Provided toiletries were useful.

This is a gem. Service is fantastic (really above and beyond for the price), location is great, rooms are nice, clean and comfy, roof terrace supernice to bring breakfast a sunny morning. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

2 complimentary bottles of water were provided and there was filtered water available on demand in the lobby, but the filtered water tasted a bit like the filter needed to be replaced. Other than that there is some street noise which might bother you if you're a light sleeper.

The property is situated in a great spot for access to public transportation. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The room i stayed in had a lovely "Juliet balcony" with a view of Grand street and there is rooftop access for lounging and taking in the skyline. My room was nice and clean, and the shower was great.

This hotel is ideally located. The staff go out of their way to provide you with everything you’ll need for your stay. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful rooftop.

Not much to complain about. The only issue we dealt with most was the room temperature. And even then it wasn't awful but it did take us the first night to get comfortable. Bag check is also a little sketch. They lock up your stuff but it's sitting out in the lobby. There appears to be no secure storage space for it.

The room was not as small as I was expecting. Pretty typical if not a little larger for NYC standards! Everything was clean. Location was great (hello midnight cannoli!).

Nothing really. Maybe that the bed was a little bit too hard for me. And coffee/tea facilities at the room would have been nice, but is available in the lobby.

Very nice hotel in little Italy. My room was very clean and pretty spacious. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Lots of complimentary things (like the usual slippers, toothpaste or make up wipes). The staff members were kind and helpful especially with airport transfer (which they arranged, just ask for it in advance at the reception). It also has a rooftop you can go whenever you feel like (no bar or restaurant on top, nice view though).
