The staff was really friendly and it was extremely easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. We were able to order everything we needed at it was brought to us in no time. The airconditionings worked really well, the rooms were clean. Didn’t use the pool but looked ok. Got many tips from staff on what to do in Holbox, would definitely recommend.
