It was hot to sleep on the mattress, because it was winter mattress. Staff didn’t warn us about stormy (hail) weather, it would be good to know, especially in case of extreme weather conditions.

Room was clean, bed was fresh and tidy. Good breakfast. Location is very convenient, close to city center and reachable by bus and metro. Several restaurants and bars nearby, as well as grocery shop. It was great to have free mini bar with non alcoholic beverages.

I have choose the hotel as it is walking distance (2-3 km) to all important sightseeing. There is a quiet street, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets available. The room is small but acceptable. The dining area is open all day to drink coffe or juices or to have snacks and it is free :) :) Congratulations to hotel management as it is a great idea. It is perfect to have one hour rest between two sightseeings. Metro station line 14 to Orly Airport is about 500 m away, but consider Bolt taxi cost less than two metro tickets.

We reeeally needed early check in. I tried to request it in advance but they only said it would be possible “based on availability “. When we got there jet lagged off our plane at 8 am our room was not ready and we had to wander around like zombies till 3pm when it was finally available.

Location was ideal. Close enough to the main tourist attractions but also in its own unique neighborhood. Surrounded by metro stations. Grocery down the street was so convenient with restaurants and shopping all around.

Single room was right by the elevator so a bit noisy. Hotel is small and rooms could be more comfortable for the price.

Location was great, near Opera, place Vendôme. Good breakfast, enjoy the free snack bar during the day and mini bar in room. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Staff were great, room clean, quiet and comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is great all the main attractions not far away, metro nearby. Lots of cafes and restaurants within the area.

Carpet in reception is horribly dated and off putting but the only thing wrong!

Breakfast had a good range of options hot and cold. And excellent choice of bread. The hotel also provide a wide range of snacks available all day for free in the dining area. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Hallways could have been vacuumed better. Rooms were perfect. Could hear guests in room above stomping on floor snd speaking loudly at 3am. Screaming child with inattentive parents not much fun either .

Staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was quite good. All day snack and free non-alcoholic minibar a big pluus.

Good sized, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen area where you could help yourself to complementary drinks and snacks. Great cafes and restaurants close by

All great. Air conditioner only went down to 19 which was fine for me but my husband would have liked it colder !!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really made us feel welcomed. Even got my husband a birthday present as they were aware the trip was a celebration. Booking the breakfast was the right thing to do. Well worth it and lots of choice. Set us up for busy day out at the olympics. Snacks and drinks were available all afternoon and evening - until 2am.

The hotel has taken deposit once I reserved the room and after almost one week from check out, I still have not received the refund. Maybe the bank is taking long time. For this reason, I will not book in the future as it's difficult to pay twice the amount and wait so much for the refund.

The hotel is centrally located, clean. I really enjoy the breakfast, variety and tasty.

Very near to points of interests. Snacks and coffee are provided. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great stay. Before and after check in allowed to store luggage facility is very much helpful to us.
