Location, very clean, comfortable, good value for money

A great location although we did uber around a lot but we also used the bus, train and boat during our trip. All the staff were super helpful and this cute little hotel was immaculately clean. A perfect stay for us with plenty restaurants and a bus station right on our doorstep.

I don't have anything to complain about- our stay was nice. Maybe a little bit scary the warning inside the room on bringing in food in your room (you could be fined with 150 EUR) - I can understand it at some extent, but just to raise awareness as i suppose it was meant for those special people who are littering the entire room with takeaway food. Perhaps some noise coming from the other rooms, but nothing really to be bothered about. Breakfast was 20EUR/person, but we opted not to have it (the price was a little bit too high).

The hotel is located in a very nice area with a lot of restaurants around and very very close to the M3 metro line (2 minute walk). It was very easy to reach the hotel coming from CDG airport. Staff were friendly. The room was clean (each day housekeeping cleaned it), but just like in all hotels in Paris very small. We were out all day so this was not a problem. The big plus is the good neighbourhood (I had some other experiences in my previous visits to Paris). You have a supermarket very close also.

Weird smell in the corridors, pillows were too hard and the bathroom is installed with shower curtains instead of cabin. The curtain don't cover till the floor hence the whole bathroom floor becomes wet when someone showers.

Excellent location in a safe area with links to bus, trams, metro and access to most point of interest. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Decent room and bathroom size for a superior room

We could hear noise from pipes that woke us up a few times, we think this was due to inconsiderate customers flushing the toilet in the middle of the night, not the hotels fault but maybe guests could be asked not to do this on a do and don't list. 3 star hotel with a 4 star feel.

I came here in 2012 with my daughters, lovely to see the rooms have been upgraded and have a really modern feel, hotel and room was very clean, the reception and lounge area with ground floor toilet also very clean.

The decor was a little tired, but didn't matter

A great location, safe feeling area. Plenty of places to eat outside. Underground within a few mins. The staff were all great, like really great. I forgot my travel adapter and they got one for me. They congratulated me as I walker in after the Paris marathon.

Brilliant place to stay, access to transport Brilliant as near bus terminus, tram stop, and Metro, the rooms are clean/tidy and it's quiet, excellent hotel, can't recommend it enough.

Nice neighbourhood, kids friendly and good location to metro and city attractions (Arc de Triumpf). Dont like the twins bed instead of double, very expen sive breakfast compared to having it in a boulangerie.

The toilet room was kind of small and a little hard to maneuver because the door opened inward.

Very clean, excellent location. Elevator for the upper floors. Comfortable bed and pillows. The desk attendants were all very kind! David always remembered our room and made sure to talk to us every time he saw us. 2 minute walk to the closest Metro, and lots of nice restaurants right around the hotel. Quiet area. Would stay there again!

There is no kettle in the room. I have to go and ask hot water at the reception.

Very close to the metro and bus station, close to the Arc de Triomphe (15 minutes walk), close to shops, restaurants and bakeries. Clean and spacious room, wonderful staff. Highly recommend.
