The carpet was dirty and marked.All hotels replenish coffee and water daily but not here.We we're told water would be 4 euro per bottle and had coffee replaced only after requesting.Water should be given in such hot weather.

Do not get a room on a low floor facing the street. Rooms are above a motorcycle parking area and can be very loud. Was traveling for business and the middle of the night, city mandated impromptu street work was unbearably loud (even in the middle of the night).

The staff is the best part of the hotel. Very kind, helpful, and upbeat. Safe neighborhood - a convenient walk to lots of great things. Very clean rooms and common areas. The breakfast is quite good.

The room was on the 6th floor but the elevator was only till 5th floor and I had to climb the steps the last floor dragging my luggage.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. Unfortunately for the property, there is a lot of construction going on around them… However, the construction did not inhibit our positive experience. 

The location is excellent, on a quiet street one block from the Luxenberg gardens. The amenities are excellent, as is the staff.  With all of the twists and turns in our needs, Isabelle was able to work her magic…

I didn’t dislike anything, but it’s not a luxury hotel. I expected the room to be small for this price range, and it was. The carpeting and wallpaper, desk, those sort of things are past their prime, but I wasn’t in the room that much and do not concern myself a lot about that.

Really nice location near Luxembourg Gardens. Close to several Metro stops. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Quiet at night. I’ve stayed in a few different parts of Paris and this is now my favorite neighborhood. Close to cinemas, lots of great food choices, and I love the shops and college vibe. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Some of the furniture in the room looked a bit tired and battered,though I noticed there was renovation going on in the hotel. The light from the air con thermostat lit up the room at night. No English/black tea bags in the room.

Perfect location. My room was no11 despite being next to the lift it was lovely and quiet. The curtains were heavy enough to keep out the early morning light. Bed was comfy. Nice toiletries. Air Conditioning was excellent. Bottled Water provided. Brilliant shower Very clean and fresh smelling.

We spoke little English but they really made little effort to communicate. Never knew what was available to us or if breakfast was even included. They would help the French speaking customers with a smile and we always felt we were an inconvenience

Loved the area and ease of getting to the metro. Rooms had great AC and windows. Always 2 bottles of cold water in the fridge. So Clean and well kept

They had upgraded us to a room with a terrace but since it rained every day, it got very little use. The room was smaller than what I had booked.

We loved that it was near a metro and bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed to find a particular site. As we were sick when we got there, they were very paitent with our lack of fluency in French.

The hotel price was expensive along with a 50 euro per person breakfast. The breakfast should be included in the room price. The air conditioner did not work 😞

The location of the hotel to RER and metro related to site sightseeing Luxemburg Gardens and Pantheon. Walkable to restaurants and down to the river and Louve areas.
