Great location in vibrant area, easy walk from Gare du Nord. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby in evening but great atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff and easy check in.

The TV , it showed 3 languages and yet there appeared to be no English language channels other than one news channel. Not good if it’s marketed to English speaking visitors

The breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff in the breakfast area and on reception . It’s location is very near the Metro and good links to the city centre

A little more milk with the tea would have been great and the shelf behind the bed was a bit dusty, other than that the room was tidy.

Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for us as a family with children who wanted to stay in a safe area and have easy access to the popular sights.

The room does not have ac even though it was listed (it does have heat). Some aspects of the room are showing it's age, carpet was beat up and there were some tiles missing in the bathroom.

Hotel room was nice and the shower was great. The staff was very nice and the location was in an area near multiple metro stations which made it easy to get around town.

The room was too dark, even during the day, including the toilet. There was very little space, and the door was too close to the bed. Because it is so dark, due to poor lighting and dark colors, it does not give the impression of cleanliness. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is good enough. Also location is good.

We booked 2 Double room - Deluxe with terrace, but at check in they gave us only 1 as booking, the other room very small & No Terrace & Dark. I refused, finally they gave us No Terrace but bigger room. Location is good. We didn't get room closer each other with my children as I request in booking.com

We missed a refigerator, we expected it in a ****. The rooms are rather small.

We had rooms to the small inner courtyard, hence the rooms were quiet. Throughout the stay you can refill the water bottle. The hotel is well situated for touristic visits: metro, walking, restaurants.

The room although tastfully decorated, was very dark. The decor was dark and the blinds/curtains blocked a lot of light. Not really an issue as we had no view. As britsh tea drinkers, the tea/coffee facilites lacked milk, so black only. A lack of plugs and short kettle leads meant moving the kettle around to boild water.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good english. The family room was perfect for us; a family with 2 young teenagers with 2 separate bedrooms. The toilet was in one side and the shower in the other so not totally separate. The hotel was easy to find with good transport connections. The location is great with lots of restaturants on the doorstep. We didnt eat in the rastaurant so cant comment. Very nice shower too,

The room was very small, which is common for Paris but there was very little room to move around the bed. On check-in, the man at reception kept us waiting for ages, and then was not the most friendly, although he wasn't rude. It was late so perhaps he was tired. They didn't provide any bed for our dog which was fine since we had one but they should provide one since we are paying extra for the dog to stay

The location was very good, walking distance to the centre, and lots of lovely bakeries and places nearby. The room was clean and the hotel was clean overall

The lead for the kettle did not reach the socket so had to place it on the floor. No milk in room to make coffee / tea - had to go & ask for some each morning. Room though was perfectly adequate & met our needs. Bed was really comfortable.

The fact the toilets and bathroom was separated and no sink in the toilet bit had to go to the shower side to wash my hands etc Also need brighter lights

Very easy access to Gare du Nord by walk, and accessible to all the main sightseeing in Paris.

The rooms are very small. And because of the dark wallpaper, it is dark both in the corridor and in the room. Also the dust is very visible on the dark furniture. The door to the shower was broken but the girl at reception solved the problem very quickly🙂

The windows overlooked a small courtyard well so it was quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to attractions
