The staff were wonderful. From the front desk to all the people who tidied up our room each day. They made sure we always had clean towels and made our beds each day. They greeted every time we entered and left the property and provided us with great information and recommendations.

The hotel is small but comfortable and clean. The staff is nice and the location is great, not that close to the center of Paris but it’s well connected to the metro.

Too noisy, couldn’t really sleep because the noise from hallways and other rooms was too much. The lift was tiny and when you arrived at your floor there were still stairs. Not good for carrying luggage. No fridge in the room. Was a hassle to have the reception take your food and medicine to the hotel fridge.

The location. Being close to shops and cafes. The housekeeping services.

The building is old, narrow corridors, small rooms (at least mine was), so you will hear the steps in the corridor, doors opening and closing. It can be noisy, but I slept well.

Lovely area, great views to the park from the mini-balcony. Comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff.

Great location with a view at a lovely park, many great cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and very nice and helpful staff. I could leave my bag for a whole day after check out without a problem.

Size of the bathroom would be problematic for anyone over size 12/14.

Very clean and well presented. Stylish room. Bathroom was a little garish with all-over red tiles and it was TINY, but still functional. Staff were helpful and friendly. Barely any facilities apart from unlimited hot drinks from machine.

As described on the property page, attention should be paid to the access - the lift stops between floors, so few stairs are to be used to access the rooms. Not a problem as a matter of principal, still not the ideal property for people with mobility issues.

Good location, in a safe and quiet residential area. All facilities in place and properly working. Very nice staff. Few minutes walk to the metro and bus station.

The room was great, but we felt it was a shame about the laminate flooring. Carpets would’ve felt Cozier... just our personal opinion. Great staff and everything was clean.

Room very cramped, which in itself could be cozy but we had 3 bags (no room to open them without blocking doors and walking space ). Bathroom much too small and cramped , no standing room without door being open so privacy hard if you aren’t alone . Biggest bother for me was a stain on my bed , we noticed at bedtime so no staff available to request change of sheets - otherwise everything else was clean.

Nice location close to lively neighborhood spots like coffee shops restaurants etc . Friendly staff at check in very helpful and helped us get a nice room.

The heating wasn’t working though, which was a significant downside, especially in colder weather. A great stay overall if this issue is resolved.

The room was clean and comfortable, located just a convenient 7-minute walk from the metro in a gorgeous neighborhood. The staff was really polite and helpful!

If you don’t like stairs the lift is very cramped and doesn’t stop at each floor it stops in the middle weird but that’s how it worked we just did the stairs but something to know

This was not a major issue but the split level lift situation was not ideal. The room was not cleaned when I returned in the afternoon. That was a small disappointment.

I really liked the convenient location. It was situated in a nice area. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment.

We think it was just the room we stayed in because our friends didn't have this but the bathroom was fully RED tiled; the bathroom felt a bit dated because of this.

Great location overlooking a park, just a block from a main street. Small room but good value. Comfortable enough. Decent WiFi for working.
