Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TurkeyThe hotel is very close to metro and bus station, it is easy to reach all the museums, eiffel, etc. We stayed at 6nd floor, it might be the reason, the shower stream was weak, it is enough but not comfort. The staff are very nice, helpful, the room was clean every day, also the room is big, the beds are comfort. There is no cartoon on TV, my kids were looking for.

FranceJust a very noisy night, lots of noise outside/music early hours of the morning - some sort of event, probably a one-off but difficult to get to sleep.
Great place and good value for money. In a cul de sac, so no traffic noise. Great neighbourhood.

United KingdomThe room is on the small side, but it’s Paris so we got used to it.
Great location near the Metro station in a very quiet street which is unusual for Paris. The staff were super friendly & helpful. Good working AC, which was needed as it was super hot there.

IrelandCertain things could have been replenished more, for example toilet paper, sugar and tea bags. Some items weren't replaced at all. Buffet also ran out out breakfast tea and it wasn't replaced for the remainder of my stay.
Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Stayed for the Olympics, so a good location. About 40 minutes commute to the Stade de France via public transport. No issues checking in or out. Liked that the room had air conditioning and a kettle. Can't really complain about anything.

Francei dont want to sound rude, i will be fair. i mentioned that Adel was very nice because he was actually nice and i was going to mention this in my review regardless of other facts but we faced 2 bad communication with the staff, which made us feel uncomfortable 1. on check in, i was asking the receptionist about the breakfast and whether it is included in the booking, she answered us mockingly and in a humiliating way by saying "you know your booking price was a mistake by my colleague?". i still don't understand the relativity of her answer to my question, except that she was telling me that i should have no courage to ask whether my booking included breakfast or not. 2. we returned to the hotel to get our luggage, and we asked the receptionist for a bottle of water (as we wanted to use the washroom and we just wanted an empty bottle to fill) and he told us that we need to pay a supplement for the bottle as we already checked out (i think he didnt understand that we wanted an empty bottle) but still, as we stayed in the hotel and they only put 1 small bottle of water in the room, it won't hurt the hotel to give another bottle of water without fee.. this doesn't mean i will not stay in this hotel again because apart from this experience it was a nice stay, but i would mention that i might not book the room if it had a higher price as we could find a similar 3 star hotel with a higher price in better areas.
i liked the location, the room size, cleanliness, and the room is well sound-proof the receptionist Adel was very friendly value for booking was good

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean and well stocked with good quality toiletries. It was exceptionally quiet, despite being in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of beautiful bakeries and restaurants.

AustriaWe did not have breakfast in the hotel since we wanted to experience the french way to just sit outside and watch the French way of living. This was amazing since the hotel is located in an area where most of the people are locals.

NetherlandsAlthough based in France, if this establishment expects to host international guests, it would be good to invest in Front-Desk staff that could speak other languages other than French, especially the most-widely spoken language in the world, English. Unless, of course, they expect all guests to learn French prior to booking their stay. We had a rather challenging time communicating about a refund that should have been calculated properly during payment upon check-in, not even at checkout. If it wasn't for the one staff member present during checkout that explained the process clearly, in English, the experience would have been much worse. During booking, I had selected the "NO PREPAYMENT NEEDED – pay at the property" option as presented on Booking.com but my card was still charged some EUR 145 which I had a hell of a time trying to explain that the balance due should have been less that amount. The facility should not indicate that no payment will be taken upfront as they indeed do charge a "reservation fee" immediately upon booking. I expected more for the price. This hotel should not be priced at over EUR 100 per night, IMHO.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel is located about 2.5 km from l'Opéra in Paris (a little more if going in deeper into downtown) which provided about a 30 minute walk; good exercise.

PolandI pais 160 euros per night which I found excessive; the room was tiny (but I am used to Parisian micro-standards, so I won't complain).
Great location, quiet cul-de-sac situation, clean room.
