Bathroom shower head was falling off the tiled wall. Toilet paper holder was hidden under the vanity -- you really had to look for it. Upon entering, the light switch was weird. But I called the front desk and they came and showed me how to use it. Ditto the shower faucet -- they had to come and show me how to make it work..

The room was okay. I was on the 5th floor where they have a RoofTop club. The bed was comfortable, and the room size was substantial--not a shoe box. Location was fabulous just off of the Champs Elysees and Blvd Hausmann. Breakfast was nice, the front desk guy, who checked me in, comped me the first night to show me how nice it was. The staff is super nice and helpful. Overall I would give it a solid 4/5

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with very quiet aircon which was appreciated. Excellent choice & quality at breakfast. Rooftop bar was lovely on sunny evenings. Convenient location - close to Arc de Triomphe and on the bus route from Gard du Nord (no 43 bus)

Guest wifi wasn’t working properly but staff were able to give me a different network and was much better. We tried going to the rooftop on one of the nights at 9pm but it was shut despite signage saying it’s open until 11pm

The internet connection wasn't as great in the office room as we failed to conduct a business call due to the internet connection.

The staff were very welcoming, the theme of the hotel was nice but the location was 10/10!! Walking distance to amenities, shopping, cafes and groceries.

Fantastic quirky hotel! Loads of restaurants nearby. Very clean and comfortable! Lovely helpful staff! 10-minute walk to the met and around the corner from The Champy elysees.

I like the location, is perfect for tourists to visit Av. des Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe. I don’t like the room is very small, the towels are very bad, the elevator is hard to move it is only enough for two people very skinny. There is no way to put your luggage in the elevator unless you make sure you are able to hold them up by stairs to reach the elevator

Location, good bed, decent breakfast. The gym is requires some creativity for a good workout. There a double pulley station, dumbles max 10 kg and some cardio.

Roof top bar not open as advised, coffee machine broken and not replaced as requested. Bar closed early on Sunday night as the shift of staff was coming to and end 45mins before the bar was due to close.

Location is central to all the things we wanted to see and do.

It was cold in the bathroom, no heating there and in the bedroom the temperature was also a bit lower that we prefer. And the breakfast could be a bit more varied.

Location of the hotel is amazing, in walkable distance there are a lot of places to visit and see. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms was very nice, a lot of space, comfortable and big bed.

Our room suppose to be 21 meter square, however comparing to other places I stayed in I am not sure if this the actual size as it was very small.

The staff is very friendly. The location is very good, there is a super market close by and few places to eat around the hotel. The hotel is about 8 minutes walk to the famous street Champs Elysees. The bed is comfortable but the room is small.
