We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not just redecorate but definitely remodel the rooms that used to be smoking allowed
Needs to have the previous smoking rooms remodeled because paint and new bedding didn’t get rid of the ash/smoke smell. Everything is very 70’s dated

There was no brochure in room to inform of hot/pool times or access, restaurant times , bar hours or other facility perks. I did not know of fitness room until I wandered the halls(got lost😁) also availability of Lewistown Lift and events in town would be helpful to nonresidents......

Free breakfast is always a nice offering. it is not served at this hotel
Location across the street from very good restaurant that seems to be a favorite among locals.

I would have liked better selection of product in bathroom I e shampoo and lotion; and more than one small bar of soap. Coffee cups could have been updated each morning
Great location for MAM conference. Friendly front desk people. Breakfast was good! Bed was wonderfil.

Nothing which is surprising because I notice everything.
The staff is excellent. We stayed in 14 different places on our road trip across the county and back. This is our favorite! The people are friendly and do their jobs well. The nice new lady doing laundry was pleasant and funny as I stopped and said, "Hi." I am friendly too. The desk people were so great and accommodated my handicap by giving us a first floor room. And the guy who told the pool guests that it was time to close was great too. I didn't have to worry about any noise from the pool area, which is great by the way. We took a dip earlier. Restaurant staff was wonderful and the food delicious. FABULOUS PLACE!

The check in staff is RUDE and ridiculous. The hotel was empty and they couldn't let us check in early. The hotel is dated and falling apart. The room price is TOO HIGH for the accommodations.
The pool was great and the kitchen staff was awesome! The breakfast was delicious. Parking is easy and convenient.

The rooms have paper thin walls. Noisy neighbors and close by indoor pool made it too loud to sleep. Maid service will clean room only after 5 or more days. Ran out of Kleenex in room.

Couldn't get the jets working in hot tub Bed was a little too firm
The room was huge and the whole place had fantastic decor. Rustic and clean. Great lighting Shower pressure was awesome. Pool was big and hot tub was hot

I liked the restaurant, it was reasonably priced, good food and very friendly staff! Also, the bed linens were nice
It was expensive. It was out of date(1970's bathroom). The tub was disinigated. The faucets barely worked because the valve cartridge was worn out.The coffee maker was broken. I spoke to the front desk to have it fixed when I ate at the restaurant. (The restaurant is very nice! ) They did not get the coffee maker fixed. Which was the reason I actually spent more money to stay here. Next time, I will stay somewhere else. Also, it was very cold -24 degrees, and the hotel is poorly heated. My room was like a furnace and the bathroom was very cold!.

The bathroom in our room wasn't the cleanest. The beds were fairly uncomfortable. During our stay at 4am both mornings we received a phone call but no one was on the other end. Sunday morning our room has power issues at around 645-7 am. The power flickered around 5 times and every time it came back on the microwave would make a beeping sound.
The staff was very pleasant and checking in was very easy

The supper the night before was good but I thought I should have gotten a salad or the salad bar with the meal.
The room and the bed was great. And the breakfast the next morning was great and the service was really good.

Front desk personnel acted like we were stealing towels. No towels at the pool and the pool was very cold. Front desk staff was rude.

Our other room for our friend was dirty and hadn't been cleaned yet. She did get a new room right away. Our TV didn't work in our room
