    “I liked that my room was upgraded to pool view and it's a marvelous view 🤩I do recommend it it's really worth it the gentleman in the reception I think his name was hafiz was a good looking gentleman and was very considerate and have made my day, thank you. I liked the activities they have in the hotel it's very refreshing and enjoyable but one thing is that you can't sharge it on your room you have to have your card. I used to go to the other branch in Jumeirah village but this one is far more better. It's very good for a group of friends. The security guards are very friendly and outgoing 👍.”

    “I fell in a manhole outside the hotel (thanks to our arrival during the flooding!). I stomped in dripping wet, and whilst experience mortification as well as frustration, the staff checked us in very quickly (long before the normal check-in time) so that I could shower and wash my clothes. They didn't even mind that I left puddles the entire way to our room. Our room was flooded thanks to the copious amounts of rain coming through the balcony doors, and the staff swiftly changed our room to one without a swimming pool in the loungeroom. Throughout our stay everyone was friendly and helpful - reception were particularly helpful the night I needed to get my baby to hospital. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was massive. Like, so big that I kept losing my children. The view from the main bedroom in the city view apartment was lovely!”
