    “Breakfast options were amazing, not limited to one type of cuisine. Lovely views from the pool and private beach. Very comfortable room and bed. Hotel is very clean. Location is very convenient and Nakheel Mall is a 5 minute walk away. Security staff were absolutely excellent as were reception and staff in Dukes Bar and at breakfast.”

    “Shuttle bus was not clearly signposted at 3am it was hard to find. Tried to phone the hotel but it went to an answer machine. That was the downside. On the up side the room was very clean and good service . We would stay again.”

    “I booked the hotel from April 16 to April 25, but because of the surgery, I left the hotel on April 24, that is, only one day before the specified date. I was surprised that the hotel refused to return the amount for one night. When I asked about the reason, they said that it was the hotel’s policy, and when I spoke with Booking and filed a complaint, I was informed. The hotel refused to return the amount for the second time, even though I conducted a surgery one day before the hotel reservation ended. Unfortunately, I did not expect that Kempinski policy would be with customers in this way. Emaar, the company responsible for the previous hotel chain, was better than Kempinski current policy.”
